Joyce has a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education with Early Childhood Concentration from Mansfield University. She has ten Years of experience as a childcare Director and has been with Bradford-Tioga Head Start, Inc. for eighteen years in various positions within Early Head Start and Head Start. Joyce is currently the Education Coordinator / Practice Based Coach. When not working, Joyce enjoys time with family and friends, grandbabies, gardening and camping.
